About me

If you're here, your probably finding life tough at the moment. Perhaps Covid and its ramifications have really got you down? Or maybe your anxiety levels are going through the roof? You may be wondering what's happening in your relationships? Perhaps you've suffered a bereavement? Or maybe something disturbing has happened that you just need to talk through. You don't have to be ill to seek therapy - but it can help you find the path you want to be on in your life. If you come to see me, together we will find ways to alleviate your distress, understand what's going on and how, with awareness, things can change.

My name is Nicola Bradshaw. I am a warm and enthusiastic humanistic counsellor with a creative and playful approach. I draw on aspects of Person centred Theory, Existential, Gestalt, CBT and compassion focused therapies. I offer to make you feel truly listened to without judgement and support you with care.
